As the world changed over night, we were forced inside and our beloved gyms were shut indefinitely, as were many of our favourite hangouts.
Since then, so many people were left in the dark as to what was going to happen and for how long. As a Lifestyle Fitness Coach, I wanted to do something to help. Watching people struggle to exercise, and my fellow fitness professionals have their place of work cut off, I knew I had to do something.
I contacted my trainers and other fellow trainers to come together to create a plan for keeping people physically and mentally fit and healthy.
We put our heads together and knew we had an amazing idea to help people keep moving and stay active. I’ll get into that momentarily. But first I want to tell you a story about a conversation I had with a friend a while back. We were discussing exercise and we got on to topic of movement and how the lack of movement is a disease.
